Custom Process

1. GET IN TOUCH

Email us at custom@spoken-collective.com or complete the online contact form so we can get to know a bit about you and discuss your requirements. 

2. LETS COLLABORATE

Do you have a design idea floating around in your head?  We can bring your ideas to life or we can create a bespoke design for you.  A design fee of $299AUD is required to begin the design process.

3. A PERFECT FIT

We have sizing kits available to take the guesswork out of finding your perfect fit.  

4. CONFIRM YOUR ORDER

After your design has been signed off and sizing has been confirmed, its time to order.  

Payment in full is required prior to production.  SPOKEN can invoice a bulk order to one entity or set up a dedicated team store to allow for individual orders and payment.  

5.  GET YOUR NEW KIT

For bulk invoicing and ordering, the production turnaround isf 7 weeks following order confirmation and payment of invoice.   

If using the team store option, the production turnaround is 7 weeks after the store order window closes.  

Delivery timeframes are currently impacted.  Please allow an additional 2 weeks for delivery of your new kit.
